Each store sees its own stock and its own sales but shares the same central catalogue. A price or product change propagates everywhere, with nothing to retype. Access is by role: the seller sees their sales, the manager sees the margin, accounting stays reserved.

Promotions, campaigns, follow-ups and shared links, ranked by what they brought back once discounts and costs are deducted.

Each move shows its attributed revenue, the discounts given, the cost you declared and the net result. The attribution rules are written on the page: you know what the figure counts, and what it does not see.

Assign a run, see the position, confirm the handover. The customer gets their tracking on their own.

Journal, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet and income statement are fed by sales, receipts and stock movements. The chart of accounts, journals and fiscal years are configurable, and exports go to the accountant.

A workflow watches a condition in your data — a restock to place, a follow-up to make — and closes itself when it is met. Beside it, the resolution centre gathers the anomalies detected automatically: stock gaps, payments without an order, deliveries left waiting.

Indicators filter by store and period right in the console, with no export or external spreadsheet. Promotions and customer segments are managed in the same place, on the same figures.

The site structure, catalogue sections and media gallery are configured from the console. Traffic and conversion indicators land in the same place as those of the physical store.

Services, appointments and add-ons

Not everything sells by the unit. Services and their options are managed like everything else.

Services are scheduled on the calendar, add-on groups attach to products as well as services, and the order of catalogue sections decides what the customer sees first.
